I'm not the biggest Z1 fan in the world. However, a defective part can happen and does happen which affects all distributors. It's how the distributor handles the issue that matters. I've always been critical of Z1's customer service. Hopefully they won't give you a problem. But this is why I stick with Kyle, Greg, Coz, Kuah, etc. when buying parts. All of them have impeccable customer service. Hopefully Z1 will come through. The complaint level has seemed to have gone down as of late. I'm all for giving people 2nd chances if they prove they deserve it. This issue seems quite cut and dry though. I'm sure they'll take care of it.
